Hanson Audio Video Coronavirus (COVID:19) Update
At Hanson Audio Video our greatest priority is the health and safety of our team
We realize your home or office infrastructure, wi-fi, streaming services and home
entertainment systems are getting a lot of use for work-at-home and accessing
information sources to stay current with the Coronavirus crisis.
Hanson AV has been designated an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce
by the Department of Homeland Security and will continue operation for service
and support during this time.
Our showroom will be closed through May 12th, 2020 but we will be available by
phone or email to consult on products and coordinate delivery of products. To
keep our business as vibrant as possible during this time you can also continue
to purchase items. We have also postponed all in-showroom events until its
safe to conduct them.
If you have issues we will attempt to resolve them with our remote service
capabilities by phone or email.
In situations where an in-home/office visit is required, we will only do so on a
case by case basis with your pre-approval and confirmation from you that no
occupant of your home or business has:
1) Been sick or quarantined
2) Traveled to a high-risk Level 3 country in the past 14 days (including to
simply change planes or trains)
3) Been in close contact with someone with coronavirus or who has traveled
to or through a high-risk country in the last 14 days.
Hanson Team Members are following the best practices listed below:
1) Health and Safety. We follow the rigorous guidelines of social distancing,
washing hands and use of hand sanitizers, cleaning work surfaces, sneeze
etiquette, and other mitigation measures defined by the Center for Disease
2) Team members who experience symptoms or don’t feel well are directed
to stay home. Daily we take temperatures of each employee arriving at
work and if anyone has an elevated temperature they will be sent home.
We will continue to closely monitor guidance from the CDC, World Health
Organization, and local health officials and rely on their expertise to direct our
activities with the health and well-being of our customers, team members and
communities as our highest priority.
